The Leica SF 60 is a versatile and powerful system flash designed for a wide range of Leica cameras, including the S, SL, M, Q, and CL series . With a guide number of 60 at ISO 100, it delivers ample power for both direct and bounce flash techniques. The flash head offers 180° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical tilt, providing maximum flexibility for creative lighting . It automatically zooms to cover focal lengths from 24mm to 200mm (35mm equivalent), and a built-in wide-angle panel extends coverage to 16mm . The SF 60 features a bright LED video light with 9-step dimming, making it an excellent tool for videographers . All settings are easily controlled via two dials and displayed on a clear color LED screen. For wireless operation, it can be used as a remote slave flash with the optional Leica SF C1 wireless controller, offering up to 100m range and control over three groups on 8 channels . Powered by four AA batteries, it can also be connected to an optional external power pack (Nissin Power Pack PS 8, Sony version) for extended shooting and faster recycle times . The SF 60 supports TTL flash exposure control and high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second .
