Return & Exchange Policy
1. Inspection Period
You have a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) starting from the date you receive the product.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:
Name
Order number
Contact number
Name of the product to be returned
Reason for return and photos

2. Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, free from stains or defects caused by non-manufacturing factors. The 7-day inspection period is for you to decide whether the product meets your needs and is not a trial period. Please retain the original packaging (including the outer box) as instructed; otherwise, returns may not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Exceeding the 7-day inspection period
The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, faults, wear, scratches, dirt)
The return packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice/accessories are missing
Malicious or bulk returns
3. Return Process
Contact customer service to confirm the return request
Prepare the complete product, invoice, and accessories
Provide the pickup time, contact information, and address
The store will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the return
4. Refund Information
Credit card payment: The refund will be credited back to the original credit card account once the return is confirmed.
Cash on delivery (COD): The refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
5. Exchange Conditions
Items for exchange must also be unused, free from stains or defects caused by non-manufacturing factors. Please retain the original packaging (including the outer box) as instructed; otherwise, exchanges may not be accepted.
6. Exchange Process
If both parties agree to proceed with an exchange:
Please process a return for the original order
Place a new order for the desired item
The store will issue an invoice for the price difference and collect or refund the corresponding amount. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
